I love the device (partner) in my journey. My only request is that you indicate how to appropriately apply the lips to the shift. I had to reach out to customer support on which side the bottom / top lips to perform the exhale and where the lips should be placed on the shift. At first I got a little frustrated but, stayed with it and getting better at it to achieve the sound Todd exhibited with the exhale through the shift. Had I not been in the right frame of mind, I might have decided to return it. My plan is to pass along the shift to someone else and upgrade to the Koko
