Easy to shop, buy and pay. But delivery with UPS mail service to Canada wasn't great. We live in a condo/apartment and when the delivered the package, no-one was able to answer the buzzer at the front door to let them in. UPS ended up leaving the package outside the door of our building on the ground!!! OUTSIDE ON THE GROUND?! Horrifying. Anybody could've picked it up and we would have been out of luck and Kumoso would've been the ones we contacted as we would have had no idea what happened. The package would've said delivered, yet we didn't get it if someone had just helped themselves to our package that was left outside. Terrible, just terrible. But maybe think about using another service to Canada?
