The item I ordered was out of stock and I wasn't notified till after the order was placed. Waited several weeks for the item to ship (order placed Nov 9 and not received till Dec 20). I've tried to access the "free" breathing course with no success--I followed the instructions on the QR insert and placed the "order" using the code but have no idea what I ordered, whether it's coming in the mail or is just access to some online resource. It's totally unclear. That was on Jan 4 and I haven't received anything beyond the original "order confirmation." So at this point it's just an expensive necklace. The thing itself is beautifully made and I'm disappointed to not be using it.
