I love my new Komuso Active Shift in soft pink. I've only had it for about a week but I've been wearing it around my neck all day and definitely find myself using it more and more each day. It's very lightweight and the cord is extremely comfortable on my neck. Wearing the Shift reminds me to practice my breathing several times a day when I might not otherwise take the time. I don't have severe anxiety but the breathing process has still been very beneficial during my stressful work day and on into the evening when it's time to relax for bedtime.
