So far I'm pleased with my Shift. While it may not suit everyone, I find it's perfect for me. I find it quite satisying in a number of ways; the design, the satisfying exhale, the tactile interaction from being a tangible item, the discreet relief compared to more visible "deep breathing" exercises, and the durable stainless steel construction that gives it a subtle weight. Plus, as a piece of jewelry, it serves as a potential conversation starter about mental health, and I find wearing one's anxiety management openly to be a powerful statement. The included free course was also a great addition.
