The item I purchased as advertised was not the item received.
Customer service resolved the issue thankfully.
Another issue is the gold and silver shift were not polished adequately and cut my lip. Komuso is asking that I send these in for a replacement however I have to wait until the company receives the items before it ships me the replacement. I find this quite cumbersome as I am leaving for a business trip and would rather the shift be sent to me straightaway. After all, Komuso design sent me two defective items. I really believe in the product and I am very disappointed in my experience. It is very unfortunate.
