Ordered two items. Both arrived in a reasonable time but separate. Initially, I thought they forgot to ship the other item but this is common. Their customer service is timely, polite and kind. They have ideal customer service. The clothing is 4.5/5. One of the items is darker compared to the picture depicted and a few strings were left that had to be cut because it would get caught in the zipper. Overall, satisfied with minor hiccups that were easily fixed.
