I ordered an item at Kooding but never received the item. I asked customer service they reply very slowly. After I put money dispute for bank. Customer service replied me the item was out of stock. Another time is I bought a coat which cost 155 usd. When I received the item its defective. I asked for return but they never reply me. It is fraud and customer service is bad. They are cheating and not a honest company. Never trust this company and never buy anything from them.
