I'm actually surprised by the reviews. I've had cancelled items because they were not in stock and have always been refunded. Since I now know that they do this I don't mind it as much. As for shipping, yes it is very slow. I believe it takes about a month to receive my items. I don't mind it because it is free shipping and from another country so I understand it. I always received my items. If you are willing to be patient to receive your items then go ahead and order from them. Also heads up jewelry is not returnable so make sure you want to purchase the item.
