I noticed a lot of negative reviews were written in the past two months, so I'm adding this comment. I've ordered from the site 3 times. The first 2 orders had no issues. The third order, which I placed in early September, was delayed, and I learned from the customer service rep at Kooding that it was due to the Chuseok holiday (Korean Thanksgiving). Many Koreans take off this time of year. So that might be way many orders were delayed. I finally received the package last week. Customer service was great on the two occasions I reached out to them.
I've been to Korea twice, once over Chuseok. Koreans have an intense work culture and Chuseok is a big deal for them. Even though it felt inconvenient to receive the package late, I would rather see Korean families have time off together than receive a package on time.
Quality of all products I've received has been great, very similar to underground subway shopping in Seoul. Better quality for the price compared to what I pay in the States for similar items.
