Ordered a double coat in the “charcoal” color. There was also an option for “dark gray” which was advertised on the website to be the darker of the two, resembling actual charcoal. I desired the light gray looking product, therefore selected “charcoal” as advertised. I expected to receive the lighter gray product. However, when the product arrived, it was in the darker gray color that resembled charcoal. Very disappointed about the misleading information. See pictures attached.
Other than that issue, coat arrived very quickly and fits well.
