Ben Coleman is an absolute lifesaver - there were some issues with my databases (just to point out this was 100% my fault - lesson learned: don't mess around with things you don't understand!) that knocked out a couple of my websites which Ben sorted out for me on a Sunday via their emergency phone support. For £37 a month, the Sapphire business hosting package is just ridiculous value - yes the performance/spec is top notch but the fact you get to 24/7 emergency phone support with such talented/knowledgeable technicians on the other end who can solve all your (self-induced) website problems is just amazing.
