“This company is AWESOME! I am so glad that I'm using them to host my website. The customer service is second to none. They are always willing to help when I've done something stoopid. PLUS they are passionate about making the internet a sustainable place and be the most eco-friendly it's possible to be in this energy sucking world. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these good guys.”

“I would also just like to say how GOOD I have found the tech support whilst transferring all my domains and email. I had been with my previous host for nearly 15 years. They were good, but you guys have been super helpful and very quick to respond. 5* to you all!”

“Joxy was so helpful today with something that I just could not do myself. As a designer and not a coder/server administrator, having a support technician who can really help when it's needed is definitely worth paying for. Krystal support is the best.”

“Krystal are in a league of their own when it comes to professionalism, value for money and customer service. First of all, I love them because they're a B Corp that cares about the planet, which aligns with my own values, but also I've found that my websites load much faster than they did with my previous host. Their live chat is also brilliant, with very helpful, articulate members of staff like Olesia who go the extra mile for clients. A wonderful company that makes you feel good just by being their customer!”

“I've been with krystal since 2010 or even earlier with a previous account I think and it was the best move ever. I always recommend Krystal because you can actually speak to people who are knowledgable, competent and actually care about their customers. Nothing is too small or silly and they also handle the fast/important tech and billing issues. Appreciate all your hard work - You're a great team and company!”

“A massive thumbs up to Kristal and its support team (particularly Ben Coleman) who enabled a migration of my site swiftly, efficiently and without trauma. Every ticket was answered promptly and with patience, and things just got fixed. I got the feeling that they actually care about their customers (unlike the company I was moving from, who should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves). I'm very happy I made the switch to Krystal and cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“I moved 5 websites from a different host and the experience was supurb from beginning to end. Every support person and been friendly, helpful, patient with questions from a non-techie and, above all, they didn't stop until everything was working as it should be. A month on, I'm thrilled with the litespeed server and my customers are having a better experience. Couldn't ask for more (except Roundcube webmail - not a fan - but that's a very small matter).”

“I was having terrible trouble migrating a client's website and was getting very stressed, as it was for a re-launch the following day. I needn't have worried as I contacted Krystal's tech support and the wonderful Olesia fixed the problem. She was helpful, patient and knew what she was doing. It's honestly rare to get this quality of support anywhere. So thanks to Olesia, my problem was solved and stress gone. Highly recommend!”

“When i look for help, it's always there in a few minutes. But the one person above all others who excels expectations is Olesia. She is totally amazing. Knows the business inside out, has such a light and breezy way about her communications, and always knows what to do. More that that, she knows the inept customer like me. And where the hand held is not enough, even though it should be, she takes the issue and resolves it herself. Olesia is a jem, and embodies Krystal's ethos. Please pass official thanks to her. “I have been with Krystal for more years than I can remember. I won't let anybody I know of, or come to know that has websites stay with their current providers, I have to get them moved to Krystal. I have been working with websites since 2006 and since finding Krystal many many years ago after going through and using so many different hosting companies, Krystal just do things right. Absolute spot on company with great services, competitive pricing and cannot fault them in the slightest. Thank you Krystal!”

“I've got 99 problems but my hosting ain't one. Ben Coleman is an absolute lifesaver - there were some issues with my databases (just to point out this was 100% my fault - lesson learned: don't mess around with things you don't understand!) that knocked out a couple of my websites which Ben sorted out for me on a Sunday via their emergency phone support. For £37 a month, the Sapphire business hosting package is just ridiculous value - yes the performance/spec is top notch but the fact you get to 24/7 emergency phone support with such talented/knowledgeable technicians on the other end who can solve all your (self-induced) website problems is just amazing. Krystal Hosting: 5/5 Stars Ben Coleman: 6/5 Stars”
