Do not order online! First, they send you the wrong item. There is no exchange as the item is discounted. You are advised to keep the item you received and they will offer a 20% refund and 30% refunf in a following email just to keep the ugly pair( perhaps nobody wants them ? !?) First thought? It would have been so much easier to ship out the correct item and when delivered to collect the wrong item. I bet SHEIN has a better customer service.
