I received the a mens shoe instead of a women's shoe. The second item (purse) was not in the box. 1 tracking number was provided which indicates both items should be in the same box. I spoke to customer service, I was directed to wait an additional 4 days. I emailed Customer Service and requested that situation be escalated to a Supervisor. The same Customer Service Representative emailed me back and advised me to check with my neighbors. I am still waiting on a follow up.
