Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service. Nearly £100 on trainers and the side detail is coming away. The trainers are all about the detail. Because they are worn, and not new, (London commuter - she said I walk a lot on the escalators - what?? no, it's just dirty). They were purchased for walking. They will not exchange. Chat with head office and they have zero impact. Take back to store. Round and round. Store managers decision is final. According to consumer law, if you bought something and within 6 months it is faulty (for using it as it is intended... walking) they should exchange. They are not having any of it. The shoes are still full price in the store - showing how new they are. I had them on my feet. She said the inside logo was worn which means they are worn out. What? Disgusting service Watford.
