Bought leather Kensington bag paid £189 and within few weeks it’s started ripping off from sides. Tried to contact customer service and response is extremely unprofessional and bad. Now company claiming it’s soft material so Can be ripped off easily (but there’s no description came with the bag)
Horrible company not selling genuine material coz leather bags always lasts.
Now they blaming on me as it’s wear and tear, and teaching customers how to use their bags,
Would not recommend to any one as poor quality bags shoes and worst customer service
