Products are great. However I paid an extra fee for a faster delivery, which was promised to be delivered on Thursday 5/09. Rec’d a text stating would be delayed until Fri 5/10; then Sat 5/11. Sun 5/12 still no delivery. Finally rec’d my bracelets on Tuesday 5/14. Very disappointed in the lack of prompt delivery even after paying the additional fee :-(
