I ordered 5 sets of 3 for Christmas presents. One person said they were too tight and I emailed you to ask to exchange for the larger size.
No reply, second email.
Still no reply.
Went on your website and filled it in the form on your website. Then was told it was past the deadline and nothing could be done. I explained that I waged to exchange the bracelets for the larger size. I did not want a refund I wanted an exchange. And I would have spent more money.
I was told again I missed the deadline. Really dumb customer service process.
