I ordered 3 gold color bracelets a few months ago, noticed some of the balls on two bracelets were turning a dark color. I contacted Kyler Mack they asked for pictures, I sent them and all three bracelets were replaced. Very good customer service!! I’ll be buying more as gifts soon!!
