I hope my experience is not the norm with Kylar Mack. First, I had a returned package and couldn’t get ahold of anyone or a refund. After multiple days of trying to get in contact with someone, I was sent a new order (which was great!) without question. Now I need to return and exchange for a larger size. Now I’m back in a whirlwind of getting ahold of someone who can help with my exchange so I don’t get charged double for returning my “free” order. The product is beautiful and love the quality of the bracelet.
