My first purchase of 3 bracelets were too small. I emailed Kylar Mack, followed their instructions for return, which was very simple. I received a credit on my credit card.
I did order 3 more in the larger size. I was so surprised they arrived within a week of ordering them! I absolutely love the bracelets!
