I ordered a set of 3 bracelets, I believe it was the smallest bead size. Several of the beads on one of the three bracelets (the 3mm size) started turning a weird dark color. This had the largest beads of the three so it was very noticable. I sent photos to customer service back in early June (2024) and recieved an email stating a replacement bracelet would be sent to me. I never got a replacement. Too bad because I have a very small wrist and these bracelets work well for me. But they do fade and change color, so I will stick with real gold going forward.
