I had an issue with one of my bracelets that I had owned for a few months. Some how it stretched. I contacted customer service and asked if they could restring it for me. I sent them pictures to show them. Instead they sent me a replacement! Wow! I was not expecting this. I even offered to pay for the restringing. In no time I received it! Then I orders another one and I forgot to select the size. They were very easy to work with and accommodating. It was an easy transaction! I received the correct size very quickly! This is the best company I have ever had to deal with! Plus I just love my bracelets! I will be ordering some more soon! Thank you Kylar!!
