I do love the bracelets, but on my last order I ordered and paid for a 4mm bracelet and received a 3mm bracelet. In my last orders I got a 2mm and 3mm. I do not have time to deal with exchanging the wrong bracelet, but not happy about paying for something I did not received. Will not order from Kylar Mack again.
