I bought 3 bracelets in 2 different sizes by mistake. Would be terrific if the website could catch that and ask me if I’m sure I want different sizes. Maybe that’s asking too much, but it’s possible. Secondly, there appears to be no way to do an exchange even though the website has a “returns & exchanges” area. Thirdly, when I emailed for help, the auto reply said it takes 2-3 days for a reply. That’s a very long time. Not impressed.
