I recently purchased three Gold Ball Bracelets. They are the perfect everyday and dress up jewlery for me. Unfortunately, one of the balls on one bracelet was not the shiny gold of the others. I notified Kylar Mack and promptly received an apology as well as a replacement bracelet. That is what I consider outstanding customer service! I highly recommend Kylar Mack and these lovely bracelets.
