Excellent customer service. Immediate responses to any questions or concerns. My brackets arrived within a few days of ordering. I was extremely impressed with this company having found them on the internet I was not sure how reliable they would be or if the product would be good quality--the bracelets are lively, I found the 7 1/2 to be perfect size as I like them a little loose. The first order was a 6 and fits not tight but close to the wrist. Actually they look just as their photos appear online.
