First I’ll say I was impressed with the quality of the bracelets. In fact this is my second purchase for another niece.
The low rating is due to poor customer service. I requested reimbursement for my expedited shipping fee as it was sent via ground by mistake arriving too late to gift.
Their only response to my emails that included a pic of the ground postage: Sorry but “sometimes USPS runs into unexpected delays.”
Well, sorry Kylar, but I’ve 6 more nieces that would have loved these.
