I can't hook the tiny clasp and loop on my ruby necklace and have been trying since I received it. I find both ends too small for my fingers and now I'm not sure what to do. I will call customer service because I either have to return for refund or maybe there is a larger clasp/hook that they can send. Disappointed This item was out of stock and I had to wait which wasn't noted until after purchase. Karen Curlis
