Absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I needed to exchange a gift of the bracelet stack for a larger size. I had to pay a $6.00 restocking fee AND $15 shipping for the exchange. On top of that, I wasn't even given the correct amount back on the gift certificate!! I had to pay over $30 for MY OWN GIFT!! Customer service was HORRIBLE!! I couldn't speak to a person!! It was all through emails, which makes it very difficult to explain the situation. Will NEVER order from this company and will NEVER recommend it to anyone!
