So, this company stands behind their product. The beads on one of the gold bracelets I ordered started to turn a copper color. I emailed Kylar Mack to let them know. I did NOT request a replacement. I was just letting them know in case they wanted to check with their supplier. I received a replacement almost immediately. This is a company you want to do business with. I was so impressed. Thank you so much, Kylar Mack. I wish there were more businesses that have the same level of integrity you have.
