I ordered 3 bracelets for my daughter’s birthday. I received confirmation of my order on October 15th. I notified the company on October 28 that I still hadn’t received my order. They blamed the shipper, even though the shipper said they had never received the items, and said they would resend asap and notify me when my items shipped. Four days later and no shipment notification. Today is my daughters birthday and I don’t have her special gift. 🙁
