I purchased these beautiful bracelets, I was excited when they arrived. I noticed after wearing my bracelets 1 of my beads was tarnished. I emailed the company for a exchange but not a refund. Noone from Kylar Mack had gotten back to me and it has been days +. I am upset and disappointed for a no response. I thought the company stood behind their merchandise. I will continue to wear my bracelets. I was planning on giving out these bracelets for gifts but I changed my mind. Do I like these bracelets ABSOLUTELY. It would be nice to get a response.
