I recently came across L3 Home, after it was featured on The Block last season. The TV unit featured in the Living Room reveal caught my interest, and from there I discovered more about them and it was nice to know they are a Melbourne-based family business. Upon browsing, it was also great to see they have a wide range of contemporary and in-trend designs; a far cry from lots of furniture stores we have visited which looked very classic and chunky. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in product photography, showcasing each piece from various angles and in situ, as well as very thorough measurements of each furniture. The customer service was also super friendly and prompt. I had simply asked for some professional advice for my TV unit and to my surprise the customer chat had gotten back with some valuable styling tips, as well as additional support to arrange my delivery as well; providing us with next-day delivery service on the spot. My experience with L3 Home has been nothing but exceptional. Aside from the wide range of modern designs they have to offer, the most notable thing out of my experience was the level of detail they have provided for their customer service. Will be keen to check out their new releases in the future!
