Ordered the tanning machine, tent and free 4 litres of tanning solution. I received the tanning solution but no machine or tent. After emailing twice, i was told that someone had tried to call me (they hadnt) to say that the machine and tent were stuck in customs and they would be refunding me. I then get an email to say that they had tried to call me again (they hadnt, my phone number is correct on my account) to say that they are taking off the cost of the tanning solution (bearing in mind its meant to be free with the package) from the refund amount! This is the first and last time i have dealt with this company. Not at all happy. I really hope that they refund my entire amount as expecting me to pay for a product they advertised as free is false advertising.
