“I won't go ANYWHERE else. Marissa, at the Carpenterville location, is so friendly, outgoing, compassionate towards the product, knowledgeable, kind, and eager to talk about new products. She convinced me to try the new "red-bed" which focuses on a healthy lifestyle. She's the type of person that you want running your company! I own the Bridal Salon in town, and I constantly think, "I need Marissa to run my salon". She's so very loyal to the LA Tan organization, which is the number one trait I admire her for. 10 out of 10!”

“I went for a tanning session and was very happy as I got good service and nice clean bed and a very good course . The staff were excellent and asked me for I.d and explained that the beds had just been re-tubed and to only do 6 minutes.”

“Ordered the tanning machine, tent and free 4 litres of tanning solution. I received the tanning solution but no machine or tent. After emailing twice, i was told that someone had tried to call me (they hadnt) to say that the machine and tent were stuck in customs and they would be refunding me. I then get an email to say that they had tried to call me again (they hadnt, my phone number is correct on my account) to say that they are taking off the cost of the tanning solution (bearing in mind its meant to be free with the package) from the refund amount! This is the first and last time i have dealt with this company. Not at all happy. I really hope that they refund my entire amount as expecting me to pay for a product they advertised as free is false advertising.”

“I think the mouse is too expensive. I just had no time to find a new one before going on holiday. Adding VAT on after and £6 delivery is too expensive. There are never any offers on it either.”

“I placed an order nearly 10 days ago, still haven't received a confirmation email to say it has been dispatched. I have emailed twice and called 5 times and still haven't had a reply. The money has been taken out of the bank (over £200) and I'm starting to feel like I've fallen for a scam company.”

Hi Stephanie, I was happy to assist you earlier. This review mentioned that we haven't communicated with you, i can send you the emails over that we replied to, and we did try calling you. I also think you tried calling us but we are on reduced hours at the moment so the lines are not always manned but we always get back to our valued customers. As you mentioned on the phone your parcel was at the drop off shop, i think that was an error on the couriers part with the problem you had there. Apologies on their behalf. “Shocking really as they said they never got my order then they told us they have sorted out the back orders abd low and behold my order was there . Got fobbed off with some smsll bottle samples . Bit of a joke really . Maybe we will put it down to covid .”

“Have used this company for years. I am a professional spray tanner and their tan I h is solution is the best I’ve used. It has a great shelf life, always blends seamlessly and the colour is amazing. Never orange or greeny and my clients find it’s lasts 7-10 days. Customer service is also always brilliant”
