They will not refund your money, and they won’t allow you to discuss your resume with their professional writer. This is a big red flag—do not fall into their trap. It’s a scam. They won’t allow you to talk to their supervisor or leadership. After generating my resume, they put the wrong job title for me, and the resume template looks AI-generated with a simple format, almost like an email. They take some words from my original resume, place them in the wrong sections, and use incorrect subtitles. They clearly have no experience in professional resume writing. I have a only one channel to communicate with them trhough live chat or customer service , they zero knowledge on my feedback
