I ordered some cute small items for our grandchildren for Christmas... got an email offering free shipping... code in the email didn’t work. I was promised that if I paid for it all I could easily get my refund when I received the items. WRONG! I just spent 40 minutes on the phone with a customer service rep who barely spoke English and was extremely rude. I’m still waiting on a refund in excess of $25 which isn’t that much money but I feel I was cheated out of it! Oh... they enrolled me in a customer perks program..$14.95 I didn’t authorize! Cheats. No one in their customer service department appears to have a good grasp of English. Very frustrating. Will never do business with them again
