I purchased 2 outside umbrellas. After the second time putting the canopies down on both, the corner ripped. Customer service wants me to pack up both umbrellas and mail them back then they will exchange. It’s a base and huge pole. Finally a supervisor agreed, after I sent pictures, to send the replacement canopies. Well they lied and sent me screws. When I called they have no notes of any prior conversations and the only supervisor is at lunch. The lady didn’t know when she would be back. They claim per policy I have to pack up two outdoor umbrellas with bases and purchase boxes then they will replace. They will not send me a replacement and let me use their boxes to send back.
