Where’s the zero stars? This company is useless. My order has been pending for over a week. Never shipped. I tried to cancel via a chat since there’s no way within the account management to cancel an order. But all I got was I can’t cancel because the order is pending and please check back periodically with the confirmation number. Good Grief.
