Don't understand why it takes so long "preparing to ship". It's been 6 days so far. Plus I ordered enough to qualify for free shipping but when I put code in was informed my item didn't qualify for it.
I wish I would have read all these reviews before ordering, and used Amazon...would have had free shipping and here in 2 days
