Went to the Lamps Plus website, which was said to be a local one in my area, and ordered two lamps. When I received them and opened the box, the lamps were not the size advertised. I was expecting 23" Tiffany lamps not 16". Now I've been advised I have to pay for shipping and a possible restocking fee because the lamps were shipped from Lamps Plus Distribution Center, not from the local store in Citrus Heights in Sacramento, where I thought I was ordering from. Deceptive. Moreover, I used PayPal to buy the lamps on a four month installment plan, and now have to deal with them to stop the payments after Lamp Plus receives the lamps back that I have to pay for. What kind of a deal is that? I'll never do business with them again. Never. I didn't know Lamps Plus Tiffany lamps were made in China. For God's Sake.
