Ordered 3 dress shirts, each with the same monogram letters and format. Today I received the shirts and somehow Lands End opted to change the monogram in 2 out of the 3 shirts.
Customer service stated that cannot accept returns or correct the error because the shirts are monogrammed, “even if it is their mistake”. I’m sure they are reading from a script, but thus business is quickly going downhill along with the parent company, Sears.
If they can’t get an order straight and won’t correct their mistakes, they should already close this place down.
