No boxes for shoes or slippers! Even personalized slippers. I have always ordered slippers from Lands' End, always received a shoe box for each pair. This year they came in torn tissue paper, mailed in a plastic bag, with the suede completely scuffed. When I reached out to customer service about this, they said "oh we now sell shoe boxes for $7!
Ridiculous. I have spent over $3,000 this year alone at Lands' End. No more. Will never purchase from them again.
