Customer service peoples were all very helpful every time i spoke to them regarding my original ordered first laptop. After the 3rd return we established the correct code for the backlit keyboard. After a month and the 3rd return being received i was ready to pay the extra for the correct laptop required but black friday had happened and it was sold out. I received a full refund including some compensation for the trouble which i was grateful for. I will continue to buy from this company because i have been using them for years and this was the first bit of trouble. I have since had to return a fourth laptop to another company because the specifications quoted backlit keyboard and when it arrived you guessed it it didnt contain it. I have since given up for the time being and will look again after Christmas for what i require.
