Best thing was contact via e-mail with the dispatching store's contact mail. Was good. As it turned out, mine was a fault that did not show when they checked it. Sent it back, gratis. Don't know what tech did, but fault not apparent so far. Only downside was I had to send e-mails asking for test report, and when it was being returned. Even so, responses were very quick, although different people involved.
