Paid extra specifically for delivery on 30/05/23, as I was on holiday the days before. I opened my emails to discover the carrier had attempted to deliver twice whilst I was away.
I then had to waste time chasing to rearrange for the day I had requested initially. What is the point in having a specific date delivery service if you are just going to send it any day? Not to mention this is a service you pay extra for.
I'll take my custom elsewhere next time.
