I bought a monitor just over a year ago and the screen suddenly died whilst i was doing some work. The monitor had a 2 year warranty, so I got in touch with laptops direct and told them what happened, their response is pretty quick and the return was very painless, they basically arranged a pickup from my home the following day, a week later and I get a new replacement monitor. If you're concerned whether these guys are legit, I wouldn't worry, I've bought a number of items from them to this date and only the monitor had to be returned. 10/10 would recommend!
