Be extremly cautious if you order an expensive laptop and need to return your order to Laptop direct.
I returned my laptop on 9th Jan 2024 with the return label issued by Laptop Direct, but now I'm told the laptop was returned to their old site so they cannot process my refund. I will have to get the laptop back and deliver it to the new site. I followed all the official instructions from Lapdirect in my text message and email, but after 3 weeks of constantly chasing-up with the customer service team, I now had no refund and no longer the order.
The customer service team has been given all the return delivery labels I got in my email, the text message instructions and all related emails but they still refused to help (agent MARY DEMETERA). I had no choice but had to contact my bank to do a charge back.
